Rachael Hibbs is an artist and printmaker from Oxford UK who specialises in block printing. She has recently moved to London to further progress with her artwork and career.

Rachael graduated from De Montfort University in 2013 with a degree in Fine Art specializing in sculpture and installation. It wasn’t until a year later that Rachael picked up printmaking while working as an art technician where she has time to experiment with new mediums.

Rachael currently works full time as a facilitator for printmaking and photography in a further education college. She runs all kinds of creative workshops including Lino printing, collagraph, dry point etching, cyanotype and screen printing. She also maintains her own printmaking business named RLH Prints which consists of Rachael creating and selling her own original lino prints. Her main inspiration comes from the natural world with particular focus in the natural world, folklore and botany.

Rachael’s works has developed over the past year with exciting collaborations with brands and artists. She hopes to continue growing her business and passion for printmaking for many years to come.

I love using the professional oil-based relief inks (Professional Relief Inks) as I find them super easy to work with and clean up. They have beautiful pigment colour and really make my lino prints pop.
