Block Printing Workshop: A Focus on Geometric Pattern and Inking with Speedball Demo Artist Susana McDonnell

Up your inking game with Susana McDonnell of LinoCave. Susana will provide geometric patterns based on a hexagon which students will carve and then learn two different inking techniques which they will print on two separate tea towels. First they will learn Susana’s signature ombré technique which creates a multi-color design using only one brayer, with no clean up in between colors. Then we will focus on split fountain/blend roll/gradient. Get ready for some pattern and color play and take home two very vibrant tea towels!
This class is limited to 8 attendees. Free parking is provided. All levels welcome.
