What is the shelf life of Speedball Screen Printing Inks?

Speedball Screen Printing Inks have a shelf life of 2 years post manufacture, but when stored and cared for properly they can last much longer.

Can you use Acrylic Ink on Fabric or Fabric Ink on Paper?

We do not recommend using Acrylic ink on fabric as it will not properly set into the fabric to be washfast. Fabric inks can be used on paper and cardboard and do print well for such projects!

Can I add water to modify the inks?

No, we do not recommend modifying the ink with water.

Can I mix inks to make my own colors?

Yes! Our inks can mix if you want to make new colors, however, if you go across lines – the efficacy might be compromised. For example, if you mix Flex Fabric Ink with Core Fabric or Shimmer Fabric Inks, the stretch and opacity may be impacted.
