Mark Jelliman is an artist, printmaker and tattooer from London, UK who specialises in Relief printing and linocutting. He has an established career in tattooing under the name of Marktattooist, being known for his blackwork geometry and botannical designs. Mark draws a lot of inspiration and reference from his work within tattooing to put into his printing and finds inspiration within pattern, botanical illustration and Indian mythology.

He is both a fulltime tattooer, working from his private studio MANTRA in Gravesend, Kent and a printmaker maintaining his own printmaking business through his store, creating and selling his original lino prints in small production.

Relief Printing

Favorite Products

Speedball Professional Relief Inks, particularly Supergraphic Black. This ink is the best Black ink, it packs solid onto paper, and does not dry out quickly on the block which makes printing easier. I also love using the Soft Rubber rollers, especially the 6 inch roller as it transfers ink wonderfully.
