On its own, Blue Tiger's Eye is a whimsical gloss glaze featuring rich cascading blues with rutile undertones wherever it breaks and is great for texture. When used individually Blackened Copper is a glossy metallic glaze that embodies a deep copper finish with rich black undertones throughout. When layered they create dark amber tones melting into light blue pools with a high gloss finish.
The test tile in the image is B-mix clay, fired to Cone 6 with one dip of each glaze which is similar to three brushed coats.
